The class p5-7 has been doing forces, light and sound.

In this photo an outstanding young man is exerting a pull force on a rope. Unluckily, for him the rope is attached to the building – it is unlikely that he will be able to pull the building along!

 

This week we were doing forces animations and we are doing a challenge today we are going to slow down a fall of a spoon. And my idea will be falling with style!

Sorry for the joke. I had to!

Any way let’s get back to it.

We re re-opening BIG THURSDAY we got computer science outdoor learning P.E. and art now that all good bye.

Euan went Derbyshire for four days. He went to the BIGGEST f1 car collection in the uk.

He went to Chester zoo and oaks but Euan got a infinity hoop which was £2 .

Yesterday he did head teacher for a day before that bay 2 weeks we did a election the groups where Holy wood heroes, The twisty and The best in the world no joke this is what there called. Best in The world had 14 votes The twisty had 7 and  Holy wood heroes got 24 votes. we did beck fast at holy wood a pillow fight a lunch buffet and the last thing water GAMES!!!!!! it was amazing day

We are doing gala day on Friday 2pm-4pm. My group are doing ice cream and badges, manages and key rings all with the 50 years HollyWood logo my old group was doing archery put miss Dale put me in the ice cream group but it fine it better then the last group. The gala is going to be hard but we have six in are group so three on one stall three on the other stall. We are doing Villella ice cream raspberry sauce and chocolate sauce.

The weather is hot, nice and the sky has been so clear. people can go to beaches now. it sooooooo hot it is Spain heat here and I should know I have been there for my holiday for a week now I can get my tan back yeah (and not get sunburn an my shoulders!, the worst place for boys to get sunburn!) so what, I can stand the heat I have been in it before. By the way, get sunscreen on and a lot of it! like I said, its ROASTING out there!

On Friday we had celebration about Holywood Hike being over. We have cakes, sandwich, pizza and  sausages to eat. Then got the mum and dads over my dad broke his shoulder blade by running then falling. Me and my mum made a good cake  immediately it was almost gone with only one slice left of the cake. Every one that had a part of it said it was amazing!

We played water head, tug of war, the long race and catch the other pursing (the one where my dad broke his shoulder blade)

water head is a game where you get a water cup on your head but the more water in your cup you win.

tug of war you may know that is.

long race is that you go run on top of the hill then through a tunnel then in the willow path then you win I guess.

catch the other pursing there 4 team then run and try get the ones that are ahead of you if you get catch or meat your team you switch people.

this week we are do HolyWood hike the goal is it to get the top end of Scotland Hollywood to umm (I forgot it) and it takes 935mils I will never get there my one keeps resenting. ):

10.000=1mils.

9.350.000=935 mils.

On Wednesday we the p5 to 7 went to Loch ken for 2 nights and 3 days the first thing we did was laser tag it was amazing we shooting like mad red team was loosening all the rounds blue was wining all the game it was a good activity then we went to the slippery slide it was fun but the wit suits wore hard to put on and get of but it was worth it then we had dinner then the 3D swing it’s the biggest in Scotland!!!

On big Thursday we where doing outdoor learning with miss mctyre it was about mapping the school then it was p.e whit miss Stapleton we here doing hokey not the game hokey just training then art miss patty we here making 3d grading.
