Hallowe’en Hullaballoo at Holywood

Hi, it’s Erin!

Yesterday was Hallowe’en Day at Holywood. The day started with a costume  parade. Everyone looked  amazing!

Dalmatians, minions, evil bunnies and Pac man Ghosts were just some of the costumes made and worn by pupils and staff.

Then we made Wizard’s Pockets – we put imaginary items into home made pockets. Weird wall display!

We coated apples in chocolate and then we played games. I liked the Mummy Game.

We had a Bat hunt in the playground – that was really fun!

We ate our chocolate apples – yummy!

I was a costume… winner!!

Hello!

A big shout out to Team Holywood still on their holidays.

The staff team are back in getting ready for your return on Monday!

Best of luck to team members heading off to secondary school – let us know how you get on.

See you on Monday!

The Queen

The Queen has lots of beautiful necklaces.

And she has a lot of nice jewellery!!

Asil

Football now and then

Some of the guys tried on the football strips ahead of the competition next week. They thought it would be funny to recreate the pose of the old (ish) team.

Queen Elizabeth

We had a buffet lunch to celebrate the Queen’s Jubilee.

The Queen likes horses and dogs. Her favourite dog is a Corgi.

Her favourite colour is blue.

She has four children. Three boys and one girl.

The Queen likes chocolate perfection pie and chocolate!

She lives in Windsor Castle but her favourite place to go on holiday is Balmoral in Scotland.
