Fitness Day!

Hello last week we had fitness day. We had four activities the four activities which were Frisbee golf, gymnastics, football skills academy and yoga/Pilates. 

In Frisbee golf we played a game were you stood at a  cone and you had to throw your Frisbee into a hoop . There we’re four hoops. When you get it in the hoop you get five points and there is a tyre in the middle of the hoops which  gives 10 points. I got 20 points. After that we made our own courses. There was one course that we all tried and it went from the hill to the tree house.

In gymnastics We started of with stretching. Then we done a course around the room. We went in groups and the different activities were rolls and cartwheels, walking across the balance beam and some more. After we done the activities we played the floor is lava. We played the floor is lava twice. 

In football skills academy we split into four groups. Then we played a match I was with two primary ones. My team won. After that we played a match which was kids vs coaches. Once we had done that we took shots into a goal and if you scored you went to the left side and if you missed you went to the right.

In yoga/Pilates we listened to the story We’re Going on a Bear Hunt. After we heard it we done a Cosmic Kids yoga video of We’re Going on a Bear Hunt. We done lots of different poses. We also done a stitch run and we had to do a pose to choose a path..
