On Tuesday we had a fitness day here are the activities we did:
Gymnastics In Gymnastics we did some stretches such as heel touches, shoulder and etc. Then we did a game of floor is lava so when Daisie peeped the whistle we had to jump onto equipment. After that we did stations on beam, small spring board, vault , trampoline and mats. Daisie and Libby were the leaders.
Frisbee golf On Frisbee golf we payed a game were we threw our Frisbee into a hoop or tub the tub is ten points the hoop is 5 and we had to throw them from a cone .After that we went on the hill and threw or Frisbee’s far then continued going until we got it in the green hoop. Noah and Liam were the leaders.
Football skills In football we did skills such as kicky ups, scoring, etc. We started off doing 3 laps around the football pitch then we done our stations. After the stations we did a mini match i was in goals. Brody ,Daniel and Owen were the leaders.
Yoga/ palates In yoga we started of with the bear hunt book . Then we did bear hunt yoga! After yoga we did just dance and a Stitch runaway Elsie , Tayla and Charlotte were the leaders.
