Hi all, Caspian is back. Today I have been doing a book review on a book called Black Ships Before Troy, written by Rosemary Sutcliffe. The book is all about the fall of Troy in Ancient Greece. I was surprised by the story line because it was very dramatic throughout. I really enjoyed it. My favourite character is Eris, the one who sends the golden apple in the first place to Earth. The illustrations really work well with the story. 5*!
After classes, we went on a walk through the woods opposite to the park and my dog claimed it as her territory so no trespassing!!!! Mum also made some “Oak Royales” as she calls them.
That is the main list of what I did today so,
DaH jlmej!
(That is Klingon from Star Trek)
Wow Caspian, your book review sounds good. My children always enjoyed reading about myths and legends. What are ‘Oak Royales’ and what does the Klingon mean?
Hi Mrs Madden,
The Klingon is ‘good bye’!
Oak Royales are what we call my mum’s oat and raisin cookies. Tanith kept saying oak instead of oat so the name stuck!
