Hi its Emily and Mabel here we are going tell you about solar power. Solar panels are something what makes a house hot by powering the heating. We got books and lap tops to get research about solar panels. I done a drawing of solar panels – Mabel. I have seen peoples houses that have solar panels.

Hi it is Liam, Zara and Lola here we are going to talk about stuff at school.

Our new class novel  is the 100 miles per hour dog it is good. In it a family has a dog but no one wants to walk it but the mum says if he walk him for the whole Easter he would get 30 pound.

On Friday Emily stayed at my house for a sleep over and it was so fun Zara.

On  Sunday my friend came   over to play with my guinea pigs we  had lots of fun Lola.

Liam, On the weekend I had football we got to the final but then lost and went on a carnival ride.

Hi it is Aliyah and Charlotte on the blog.  Our new topic is Solar power. We went on laptops. Last week we were measuring. We were using  the  trundle wheels. We were also using the tape  measures.

Last Friday we did wee books with miss dale.

We also did measuring in the playground. it was very fun.

These are some of the things we where doing.

How high you can jump, length of the greenhouse, width of the sand pit and more.

I went  on  a boat and I saw  dolphins. I went to the wave  park and it was really cold and fun. I saw a dolphin and a seal show. We got slushies before the show.

In this post we are going to tell you some stuff we’ve done in the week at school. Are topic right now is space and did you know you can fit one billion Earths in the Sun also Earth doesn’t spin in a circle. We have also been learning about planets like how Mars is the closest planet to us, although if you were to shrink the planets down to a size of a coin, Mars would still be about 500m away but the moon is like a meter from earth.

In maths ewe have been doing rainbow maths. Rainbow maths is were there is a row of 50 times questions and if you do them in under 3 minutes thirty and got over 45 out of 50 you would move up to the next level. Also we have been doing word problems, Word problems are when there are written down sums.

In Literacy we have been doing persuasive writing. We have been making adverts on paper like I done Caliber Bikes and Thomas done spy finger. Today we done a big debate if school lunch time should be longer. Daniel and me got put in the side what wanted it to stay the same length but really we wanted longer.

On Wednesday we started gala groups Daniel, Brody and I are in the same group we are doing Cozy Campfire Crew we are making a big campfire and we are going to cook smores and hot dogs. Do you want to eat a smore or hot dog?

Hi Tom and Dannie here today. We are going to talk about our learning in the past week. We are going to talk about literacy and maths.

Last week we learnt hot to try and persuade other people to chose your sweet , it was a like football tournament for our favourite sweets and persuaded people that our favourite is the best. The sweets were very tasty! This was one of them. When we were writing we wrote that we should have lunch longer or not.

In maths we done a maths assessment Tom is on starting level 3, Dannie is on towards level 2. We also done rainbow maths Tom is on Turquoise 2 and Dannie is on orange mixed.

hi its Libby and Alexi  we are talking about Friday in P.E. We done Athletics like sprint , skipping, long jump Libby jumped 2. meters  5 and Alexi jump 3 meters!

When we where doing skipping Libby did it for 5 minute! Alexi loves skipping. Libby loves  skipping. Its is the best. Do you enjoy skipping and can you beat Libby, for 5 minute?

this week the new p1s  came for a enducshan day one of them was my sister her name was Elsie she will be coming after the summer holidays. and p5/6/7 did a debate on should school lunchtime be extended in the end everyone voted for longer lunch and in the end because since there were so many p1s we had to wait so long!!!

Big Thursday…

First we done Athletics with miss sharpe . In Athletics we done Long Jump and Skipping race. In Long Jump I got 2 Meters 80cm and Talia got  2 Meters 30cm.

~ Break Time ~

Second we done Computer Science with Mrs Murray. In Computer Science we done Music Lab. I done the song Firework by Katy Perry  and Talia done the song Espresso by Sabrina Carpenter.

~Lunch time~

Third we did outdoor learning. In outdoor learning we did map reading. It was fun. 

lastly we did music with miss dale. We did graduation songs. It was fun and funny.
