Today is fitness day at Holywood school and I am going to talk about gymnastics and yoga. first in gymnastics we were doing a thing where you start on one thing and then you will have to move on in a ovel shape and we were doing cartwheels and handstands and more. Second in yoga we had to read a book called we’re going on a bear hunt and we did Cosmic kids about the book it was so fun!

The tsunami struck Indonesia’s 20 minutes lasting impacts and after the earthquake, around 08:19 local time on December 26, 2004. Recovery from the 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami has been a long-term process, with studies following affected communities for over 16 years.

In 2004 off the coast of Indonesia there was a massive tsunami. It’s nickname is the 2004 boxing day tsunami. The tsunami was triggered by a giant under water earthquake of the west coast of northern Sumatra. The earthquake was a magnitude of 9.1. It is one of the most powerful recorded in Asia and the second or third biggest globally. The tsunami hit India, Indonesia, Thailand and Sri Lanka. 227,899 people were lost or killed making it one of the deadliest in the world.
