am going to tell you about the book i am reading called the perfect hamburger which is about a boy called joe who loves hamburgers. There is a van that sells hamburgers on his street and he and the man from the van go to a place where they make AMAZING hamburgers and he learns how to make them with the van person!

Hi Nancy, thanks for telling me about your book and sharing the Japanese translation. I also enjoy a book with a food theme running through it! I’ve recently finished The Kamogawa Food Detectives which is about a special restaurant that recreates meals from customers’ pasts to unlock memories. Apparently it was a best seller in Japan.
