my boxing

hello today i am going to be talking about my boxing. on Monday i went to south west boxing. first we done some stretches. then we done some pad work my favourite combo was jab,cross,roll,cross,jab,throw back,cross. next we done a t stand for twenty seconds and then punched the bag for twenty seconds. At the end we played a game of dodge ball.
