P.E

On Thursday we did P.E .We are doing fitness, we count ourĀ  heart rate and then we do activities. Then after that we count our heart rate again. The activities we are doing areĀ  wall sit, plank, sit ups, push ups, burpees, star jumps, running. It is fun.It helps you get stronger and it helps your heart and lungs.
