Hey, I’ve been reading The Rise of the Wolves! Its set on the island of Nin, in Scotland. The three main characters are a young boy named Innis, A young girl named Kat and another young boy named Lachlan. First Innis is walking back home when he hears a howl. He thought it was just someone messing with him until he hears another one, and this time he knew it wasn’t a person. He started to walk again, until he saw a silhouette of a wolf! And that’s just one of the main events. The next one is where Innis manages to get back to his house where we find his granddad. we then learn that Innis’s parents don’t work on the island therefore Innis doesn’t see them that much. Then we find out that Innis’s granddad has Parkinson’s disease. Innis then goes up a hill with Kat  where Innis finds the Bonnie laddie’s leap! This is where Bonnie prince Charlie jumped over a indent in the side of a cliff, to escape the soldier that were chasing him.

I have been reading the rise of wolves I have got two page 81 so far and it is a pretty good book i recommend it to people who like reading.  The main characters are Innis and Kat.  The three main events so far have been Innis spotting  a wolf  ,Innis telling us about his back story. And his granddad having Parkinson’s and going to an animal sanctuary with a very unfriendly owner who threatens Kat and Innis with a gun. the books chapters are very short but the book is still quite long.

I am reading Tiger Tiger in class. The main setting is the palace in Ancient Rome and the two main characters are Boots and Brute (tiger cubs) .These are the main events in the story so far:

• Two tiger cubs are captured.
• The tiger cubs get brought to Rome by ship.
• One cub goes to Caesar’s daughter, Lady Aurelia, and the other goes to the Colosseum.

I am reading Tiger Tiger in the p6/7 class and the two main characters are lady Aurelia and Boots the Tiger cub! The setting is a palace

• Two tiger cubs are captured and taken to Rome on a ship
• One is taken to a palace in  and the other is taken to a circus in Rome
• Other animals were captured too like bears,elephants,monkeys,dogs and jackals!
• The youngest tiger cub (boots) was taken to a Palace where lady Aurelia lived

I’m reading voyage of the sparrowhawk . The scene was set in a village in England called the village of Barton and the year being 1919 world war 1 was going on . The two main characters are Ben (the most important) then Lotti .

MAIN EVENTS SO FAR

1. Lotti and Ben ask Carla if she can teach them
2. Sam (Ben’s brother) goes missing
3. Lotti shockingly steals a cute dog

In this book it is placed in Genoa  Italy. The main characters are Professor Gauntraker  and Professor Gadling . The 3 main events so far are in the prologue a guy gets stabbed by the thief that trays to steal a book off of him, in a lecture they get told about different the black moon moth and one of the sanitise shows  a skulk and carving he found in a cave.

it is about a boy called Innis who has a friend called Kat  they live on an island in Scotland called Nin. There isn’t meant to be wolves but Innis saw one he told Kat but she didn’t believe him. There is a big jump called THE BONNIE LADDIES LEAP. Whoever could do it is the king of the island.And Innis managed to do it.

The black moon moth is a book that I’m reading at the moment. The book takes place in Scotland. One of the most important characters is professor Gadling. Professor Gadling is a pear-shaped man with a large beaky nose and a double chin…there are actually seven professors in the book. In the begin of the book there is a man sneaking in someone’s house in the mid of the night he wants a book. And the owner of the house has that book. He saw the book and grabbing the book aggressive but then the owner is in his back! But the thief is prepared. He grabs his razor-sharp knife. And if you want to know how the prologue ends you have to read the book. In chapter 1 Professor Gadling has a lecture and after that they just stopped and decided to go have dinner in a Italian restaurant. In chapter 3 on there way to the restaurant they meet a old man in his 70s. He said he wants to show something to the Professors. So they eat dinner with Wilfred. This were the first £ chapters.

world Book Day was last friday we dressed up in pjs and brought pillows. We read books in the morning and planted pumpkin seeds.
