Hi all, Caspian’s back!
I have finished the cake I started making yesterday. It is a chocolate cake with bramble jelly and milk chocolate butter icing covered in milk chocolate. I made the tree stumps with icing then covered them with chocolate. The foxes and owls are made from orange chocolate. I am dedicating the cake to Mum because it is Mothering Sunday tomorrow.

Wow Caspian- what a fantastic cake. I like the sound of the chocolate sponge, bramble jelly and chocolate butter icing- yum. The owls and foxes look amazing- very professional. I bet your mum enjoyed a slice on Mother’s Day!

Hi! Well the caked seemed a success because even though Mark doesn’t like chocolate cake, he enjoyed it! There was only a bit left on Mothers day though because I was afraid someone would try to eat it as a midnight snack. (Hinting to Tanith.)
