Bread Bike and Nature

Hello everyone, it is good to write to you again.

I made small loaves today. I made my usual bread recipe but I egg washed all my loaves and sprinkled them with poppy seeds.  Then we went for a nature walk so we could do the scavenger hunt. I found snowdrops, sheep and lambs, crocuses, daisies, dandlines, ivy, holly, catkins, sparrows, a bluetit but I call them bluebells, a robin, a singing dunneck, my badger set, grass, oak trees, jackdaws and a blackbird. It didn’t feel like school work because I love going on nature walks. Then I went on my bike to practice using my pedals again. My family said I am doing really well.

Be safe, be happy and smile every day. xxx

  1. I wish I could smell the photos of the bread, Tanith. It looks very tasty. You saw a lot on your walk – thanks for sharing. I hope you have some nice weather over the weekend to keep going on your bike.

  2. Hello Tanith
Oh my, those loaves look mouth-wateringly great. If you carry on the way you’re going, you’ll topple Queen Baker Mary-Berry off the throne!
Your nature walks sound inviting – so many interesting sightings and sounds. I ought to take a leaf out of your book and get myself out.
