Happy new year everyone!

Today I was learning my words and did some writing, I then did some colouring in – halfs and quarters – this was fun.

I am now off to do a nice long walk and find my ice rink which will now be a great big puddle!

Here is Miller and Olly’s poster about Polar Bear cubs.

Hi everybody today I have been learning about polar bears and I made a poster with a picture of a polar bear. I have been playing sumdog on my laptop.  After that I am going to play my  ring fit adventure game on my nintendo switch that I got from santa. It keeps me fit and I play fun games on it. Stay safe everyone.

Baby polar bears are the same size and weight of a fully grow guinea pig.

Polar bears paws are webbed this helps them swim.

Polar bears love to swim and they are very good at it.

Polar bears can swim 6  MPH.

They can swim for upto  60 miles without stopping

There fur is actually clear , translucent and the sun makes it look white and their skin is black.

 

They can weigh up to 1700 pounds and can grow to 10 feet tall.

People are dangerous to polar bears

People might hunt them for food and clothes.

Polar bears live in the Arctic circle.

They eat fish and walrus but their favourite food is seals.

Bab polar bears are called cubs,  they weigh 1lb and are the size it’s guinea pig.  They grow very fast.

This morning I went on a walk with my dog Beans it was not the best weather, here are some words I would describe it with:

Dreich, dreary, bleak, gloomy/dark, good weather for ducks, frogs, newts, tedious, depressing and cold.

Here’s how Beans would describe it:

Exciting, scary, smelly, adventure, energy, awsome, family time, fun, zoomtastic.

Hello

I wanted to tell you all about our great day on Saturday. We went grass sledding and it was so much fun. Caspian was the fastest but I managed to turn direction when I went down the hill. Our dog chased us all the way down. It was lots of fun. We also went to check on the badger set. We visit once a week to make sure noone has been mean and put rubbish in it. We were very happy because we found the badger trail.

On Friday we saw Miss Pattie and some of our friends while we were exercising in the woods.

Mummy is making us a cake today but we are having a PJ day.
