Mum has emailed my ‘Hanging the Washing Up’ challenge as it wouldn’t work on here. I didn’t do very well as it was hard to do! 😂

PE and yoga

Hi everybody, how are you all? Hope you are all well. Happy sports week!!  I started the day with doing PE with Joe which was good fun and filled me with energy but by the end my legs were like jelly. In the afternoon I did some yoga in the garden to stretch those jelly legs. That was great fun as well.l did a class and Mena did one as well!! Bye for now!

 

 

Flap Jack/ Energy Cube Snack

8oz pf plain flour

8oz porrige oats

6oz caster sugar

8oz butter

1 tbsp water

1 tbsp golden syrup

1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda

6oz of dried or fresh fruit (optional)

large bowl – mix plain oats sugar fruit

small pan- Melt butter add syrup and water

when almost boiling, add bicarbonate of soda

add butter mix to dry ingredients, mix well (probably with hands)

turn mixture into tray, and flatten off. Bake in preheated oven at 200 degreesC

(180 fan)  for ten to fifteen mins. Mark squares while still warm. Dribble melted chocolate over when cool.

 

 

 

P.E. with Joe

Hi everybody!!!

This morning I done some PE with Joe on YouTube. On that episode I had a one minute challenge of squats, burpees and press ups. On the one minute challenge my score was 50 squats! I had fun doing it BUT Joe tired me out.  Now I have Jelly legs.

 

 

 

 

Sports kit – Team Shapes

 

Today I designed my sports kit, I called it team shapes and I used coloured card and paper.  I cut out shapes to stick on.  For the badge I used white paper, I drew shapes on it and coloured them in.
