Hi again
Today, I also went on the best walk ever with my mum and my dog. There was a beautiful river with a water fall and an island in the middle. Then we took was a lovely path through some woods and meadows with lots of flowers (including some wild garlic that we picked to make pesto for tea).
It was great. Here is some pictures of the walk.
Looks like you had a lovely walk Joe. Are you planning on making anything with the wild garlic? I made some wild garlic pesto. You just put a handful of wild garlic, some grated parmesan, olive oil and some pine nuts into a food processor and blitz. Serve it with pasta, fish or on a salad. It’s really nice if you’re a fan of garlic!
