Hi everyone!
Cleo here. Here is a picture of my completed Lego set that I received for my birthday
Here is a picture of my jumping spider 🙂
Lastly here is the recipe for my Dad’s really good cheesecake. He uses gluten free digestives as my Mum is gluten intolerant, but you can just use normal digestives.
Get a cake tin.
For the base: Melt butter and mix in crushed up digestive biscuits
Add a layer of either melted chocolate or for quickness chocolate spread.
If you use melted chocolate mix in some butter so it doesn’t go too hard
Let base set in the fridge
Top Layer:
2 cartons of cream cheese
1 small double cream
4 heaped table spoons of icing sugar
Mix altogether with a hand mixer until VERY thick
Add topping to base
Garnish with whatever you want
Suggestions:
-Chocolate chips
-Strawberries
-Sprinkles
-Kiwi
That’s all for today. I hope you are all okay and have fun!

I didn’t expect the lego set to be built already Cleo, very impressive. How long did it take you to build?
That looks like a nice simple cheesecake recipe, I’ll see if I can get the ingredients when I go shopping this week!
When you click on your jumping spider photo and see it larger – it is amazing! You guys have the most amazing addtions to the family. I think it is the first time I have heard that someone got a spider for their birthday!!
I’m so jealous of your lego set Cleo, wish I had one to build right now.
Your spider is actually cuter than I would have thought. How big is it?
My spider is actually very small. He’s only about 1cm. If you’ve ever seen the cute Lucas the Spider cartoons (can see them on YouTube), he was based on a jumping spider. Small with big eyes!
I built my Lego set over 2 days. I started on my birthday – I love building Lego!
That’s an impressive creation you’ve made with your Lego set, Cleo!
Well done!
2 days, wow you must have worked quickly!
Love the lego set Cleo- it is fab! I have popped your dad’s cheesecake recipe on the cooking club section of the blog so that people can find it there too. 🙂
