On the 24 February 2018 it was the first time Scotland has bet England at rugby in a decade because Scotland were beater organised there was a video on Facebook the Scotland team were drunk singing the anthem in a pub at ten o’clock Saturday night the head coach Greger was so proud of his team

Saturday we saw Scotland vs England rugby. Scotland have never bet England in there life. But we have faith in Scotland to win. It was hard to break through England defence but Scotland found a way to break through and they successfully scored every time. This is a good thing to watch for P.E and bulldog and for football because they pass it out wide which they get the ball and run with it. overall Scotland finally bet England and everyone was cheering.

We were doing a topic on  famous artists. So far we have been cutting out paper that we have been painting and pouting them on card to Mack pictures and shapes . later we will be doing a test on one artist that we pick and drawing or painting a picture inspired by there art .

P.4-7 are doing cross country training because cross country is next month and we do the training on a Tuesday. So every Tuesday we have to bring our P.E kit and as well as on a Monday but it is very tiring but fun so what we have to do is run around the play ground 2 times and come back we go at 12 o clock and finish at half past 12. opinions about cross country training.

me: if its cold and wet I don’t like it if it is not cold I love it.

 

but tomorrow we will have cross country training if it is cold I am not exited and if it is not cold I am exited.

p4-p7 have started cross country training on a Tuesday! We all hope it is not as bad as last year’s where we were drenched and freezing (thanks a lot weather!) We are practising by running round the playground and doing small running activities. We don’t know if Miss Dale will do more with us on a Monday or not. Some people like cross country but some don’t so here are some peoples opinions on it:

Georgia: It’s tiring.

Ebony: It’s mostly cold outside when we do it, so I don’t like it that much.

Greg: I think it’s good.

Hayden: I love it!

Me: I think it’s fun when it’s not cold, but if it’s cold and wet, I don’t like it as much.

We will all need to train because it is not long until the contest.

In maths we are working on budgets. There is a game we are trying to make work on the school computers but it won’t. It is called the budget game and basically you are just trying to keep your budget for 3 months. Its a really fun game because I have played it on my laptop. It is quite hard when you play, but when you get used to it it is really easy and fun. We are roping our fractions and percentages into it so that it makes it a bit harder.

I have bean collecting lots and lot of milk tubs to make a raft that can hold me I weigh 27 kg so I need around thirty milk tubs at home I have 4 and at school I have 7 so together I have 11. I am learning how to make it from a book by colinfuzes (a Youtuber) It is called This book isn’t save. If you have any empty milk tubs please bring them in. When the raft is done I will bring it in and say is it works or not I wish it works because I will have worked very hard on it.

In a month we will be doing cross country yesterday the 20.2.2018 we were training around the play ground last year I came 8th out of about 70 runners it was about 900 meters this year it is 1200 meters I am hoping to get 5th place or more this year and I have to try and beat sonny that came second last year

Yester day on Tuesday and all we done at the start was go in and out of cones a couple of times then you go as fast as you can go then we had to run up to a we go up to a hill/burn then we had a fence and we ran it to it most of the time so then we played follow the leader the person at the back had to run to the front we you say go then you keep going until you get to the start  then we went  all around the big play ground and we done it for 3 mins I did 5 laps the lady said for me to do one more so I had to do one more I came 2nd last year in cross country but it was freezing and it was fun that day then kye came 20th it was good watching everybody

yesterday we don cross country training we don worm ups  then we ran the play  ground it was fun it was tarring.  Sonny came second last year I cam 20th. I had to run 2 miles witch is far out of 36 people. So I was  happy I com pleaded the cores  if you win you get a watch.

this week we have changed are topic to Judaism with Mr Walker we had to go on Google and translate what we like about holywood school  and we also had to translate our name we also done some research about Judaism . we have been doing art , the art is called Matisse. Matisse is were you get lots of colours of paint and get a piece of paper then get your finger or a paintbrush and fill the paper with paint then once it is dry cut it out get a new piece of paper and imagine a photo that you want on that piece of paper , once you done that cut the paint paper and stick it down and that is all you have to do.
