You will need
For the cakes:
- 2 Medium eggs
- 1oog butter
- 100g caster sugar
- 100g self-raising flour
For the butter icing:
- 50g butter
100g icing sugar
Method:
- Cream butter and caster sugar together in a bowl.
- Beat in eggs (one at a time with a little flour every time)
- put the paper cases in the tin.
- Add in the rest of flour.
- Half fill the paper cases with the mix.
- Bake for 15 mins at 180 degrees
For the icing :
- Cream butter and icing sugar together.
Now put on the icing and enjoy
