VCOP

When we are writing we use VCOP. V stands for vocabulary and we try to use WOW words. C stands for connectives and we use this to join our sentences. O stands for openers and we try to make our openings exciting. P stands for punctuation and we are careful to use the correct punctuation. This makes our writing exciting.

Sensory Organs

Sensory organs

There are 5 sensory organs: The Ears, Eyes, Tongue, Skin and Nose. Miss Dale put us in pairs to work with. We picked the Ears. We had to watch a video about the sensory organ, which was interesting and helped us get some information. After we watch the video we had only 1 hour and 30 minutes to gather information and present our organ to the class.

Sensory Organs

There are five different sensory organs, the tongue for taste, the ears for hearing, and the skin for touch, the nose for smell and the eyes for vision. Ben and I chose the tongue, which is a very interesting to thing to find out about.

One of the facts that Ben found out was that we use our tongues to digest food and to help us speak.

My Personal Body Project

Since Monday 29th  January this year we have been set a personal body project to find out about 5 major internal organs. The 5 that I chose was the brain, small intestine, kidneys, stomach and the lungs. We had to find the size, function, purpose, colour, location and any relating health problems. The one that I like most was the finding out about the brain. You will find a photo above this post.
