We’re glad that you’re enjoying their first pieces of art. We have put some pictures in the school corridor too so that everyone can enjoy the lovely bright work.
Enid and Ava both made their families very proud as they got certificates last week. They left us these lovely comments:

The report from our Care Inspection on June 1st has now been published and we are delighted to have been graded as ‘very good’ in every area. You can click on the link below to read the report. Paper copies are also available on top of the children’s tray unit so please help yourself if you would like one.
Here are our first two award winners of the new year. Very well done to you both on your super start. So many boys and girls did really well in their first full week in Nursery that we feel sure that there are lots more certificates to come later in the term. Keep an eye on our blog for news of more award winners as the term progresses.
Paint, pens and paper are very popular in Nursery and lots of children have been enjoying art activities in their first full week, both indoors and out. Here is a selection of some of their work. Many more pictures have gone home so no doubt they will be decorating your fridges and walls. If you click then click again on a photo you can see more detail and the artist’s name. I wonder if any of the children can find their own work?

She certainly spent a lot of time looking after her baby. Thank you for leaving a comment. It’s good to know that parents are looking at our blog to see what the children have been doing in Nursery.
Most of the children have taken the opportunity of the lovely weather to explore the outdoor area so they are beginning to learn how to change their shoes and put on outdoor suits when required. Luckily the weather has been so warm that they have not been needed most days. Some children are developing their confidence on the big climbing frame, others have been designing roads or making magic potions in the mud kitchen. The outdoor area is certainly a very popular place to play.
