Bird Watching

Sophie’s family has sent in a lovely activity suggestion that they are taking part in and would like to share with other families.

” There’s a wildlife census we can all fill in online from 1st July recording any sightings of these birds and creatures in our gardens in June. – Sophie and max are loving watching out for them all and learning lots about them different species and which ones come out at night for example they can now identify starlings, magpies, blackbirds, blue tits and are really excited to tick them off the list. “

This looks very interesting and certainly something that other families may enjoy. Thank you very much for sharing it. Happy bird watching everyone!

  1. What a super idea Sophie. We have been loving watching the birds and other wildlife in our garden and when out walking during lockdown. Last week we were really excited to see two beautiful deer on our walk.
