The bit I liked the most was the Glee Club dance and I think Liam did good for standing in at the last minute to save the dance.

we have been rehearsing for the christmas show today so we get it all right for the parents coming in. Hope you can all come to see us perform.

 We were learning how and why nocturnal animals adapt their body and life to sleep through the day time and be awake through the night time.

Can you remember any of the reasons why some animals are nocturnal? 

Meet some of the animals we were learning about at Zoolab on Thursday.

We had a great morning looking at all of the animals and we have learned a lot about how animals adapt to their environment.

P4/5 were lucky enough to go to Rosebank Primary School to watch a Science Magic Show. Dr Allan from Dundee University performed lot’s of things that looked like magic but he told us that it wasn’t magic at all and everything could explained using science.

What was your favourite part of the show?

My name is Eve and I am our class Eco rep. My job is to go to meetings and to discuss how to make our school greener because we want to achieve the green flag for the school. When I come back to class I have to share what we have talked about with everyone.

Our class job is to maintain the astro turf in the playgroud once a week.

Today we have been making anti bulling posters and we have been learning about bulling. We are going to put the posters all around the school.

Both girls gave a fantastic speech detailing why they would be the best person for the job and were voted in by their classmates. Well Done Girls!

Well that is the first week of the new school term over and what a fantastic week it has been. I would like to say a big well done to each and everyone of you for the very positive start you have all made.
