  1. We are so lucky to have lots of wonderful learning opportunities right on our doorstep. All the children have responded positively during our outdoor sessions.

  2. Its so nice to see them learning outdoors. Theo really enjoys talking me through each picture and explaining what he learned. Great work P1! 🙂

  3. They all liked using the new microscopes and magnifying glasses. Hopefully the children were not too dirty when they got home.
Also good to know they are chatting about all the things they have done.

ps. The newspaper is coming in tomorrow to take a class picture so I am just going up the road to look out my best gear.

  4. You have hit the nail on the head, Mrs Mackay. They don’t view it as being hard work but we always talk about the skills they are using. Today we are hoping to go out and make some large clocks.

  5. I absolutely love the fact that you seem to have totally captured these kids hearts so quickly!!! Oliver has become obsessed with learning and everytime he learns something new he instantly wants to “tell Mr Pennie in the morning”! You have made learning so much fun for them and engaging! Also, on a personal note, thanks sooooo much for sharing your jammy dodgers with him when silly mummy left the snack on the kitchen work top!!!! Ooops! 🙂

    1. Thank you for your lovely comments Mrs Quarrell. Oliver is a great boy and I will really enjoy my jammy dodgers with a little cup of tea!
