I hope you all have enjoyed your family time over the last two weeks. I really miss you all. I know you will be doing everything you can to be be kind and helpful towards others at home.  As usual you will find some activities on Google Classroom. I will continue to challenge you with activities that are a mixture of online, creative and outdoor learning. It is also important in the course of the day that you do things that YOU enjoy. MIissing all you guys in Primary 5. Well done for being so sensible and mature in light of recent events. Remember what we talked about and help by doing your share of jobs in the house.

You can keep a diary if you want and I promise to look at these when we all return to school.

We made clocks outside. We used chalk, mini clocks, rulers and hula hoops. We enjoyed it!

Umbrellas were keeping us dry. We went down to the burn and the water was so wavy. There was a big bird. Everybody had to keep safe. I was a bit scared.

We were measuring stuff. We did the stairs, next the benches, next the planters, the windows and a rock.  We loved it  a lot.

We saw cars, lorries, buses but no bicycles or motorbikes. We used tally marks. We saw loads of cars.

We went to  Poggle Wood and we went the opposite way from the Sponsored Walk. Then we went into a very muddy ditch and we had to go around it. We found conkers on the ground and in the trees. Then William found a conker with a slug in it. Then I found a conker which was next to a tree. Most of the conkers were spiky . We had umbrellas but it did not rain. When we came back to class we had a wee conker fight and I loved it.
