Our aims during this topic is to:

• Both P7 classes to work together.
• Win a award on race day.
• Problem solve

To achieve our aims, we will also cover experiences and outcomes of the curriculum.  These are:

• I explore and experiment with the features and functions of computer technology and I can use what I learn to support and enhance my learning in different contexts.
• As I extend and enhance my knowledge of features of various types of software, including those which help find, organise, manage and access information, I can apply what I learn in different situations.
• I explore and experiment with the features and functions of computer technology and I can use what I learn to support and enhance my learning in different contexts.
• I have the opportunity to choose and explore an extended range of media and technologies to create images and objects, comparing and combining them for specific tasks.
• When exploring technologies in the world around me, I can use what I learn to help to design or improve my ideas or products.
• When I engage with others, I can respond in ways appropriate to my role, show that I value others’ contributions and use these to build on thinking.
• I am developing confidence when engaging with others within and beyond my place of learning. I can communicate in a clear and expressive way.
• By investigating how friction, including air resistance, affects motion, I can suggest ways to improve efficiency in moving objects.
