Thank you everyone for all your help and donations for Children in Need.  The face painting was fab, the spots were every where and the cakes we hope were yummy!  We will let you know our total as soon as possible!

5 Enormous Dinosaurs

5 enormous dinosaurs letting our a roar,

1 went away and then there were 4.

4 enormous dinosaurs crashing down a tree,

1 went away and that left 3.

3 enormous dinosaurs eating tiger stew,

1 went away and that left 2.

2 enormous dinosaurs trying to run,

One ran away and that left 1.

1 enormous dinosaur afraid to be a hero,

He went away and then there were 0.

Sang to the tune “I’m a little teapot”

I’m a mean dinosaur, big and tall.

Here’s my tail and here’s my claw.

When I get hungry, I just growl.

Look out kids I’m on the prowl!

Spread your arms, way out wide,

Fly like a Pteranodon, soar and glide.

Bend on the floor, head down low,

Move like a Stegosaurus, long ago.

Reach up tall, try to be,

As tall as a Apatosaurus, eating on a tree.

Using your claws, grumble and growl,

Just like Tyrannosaurus on the prowl!

A huge thank you to everyone who donated to our teddy toddle.  We’ve raised lots of money and can’t wait to spend it on the children and their learning!

This afternoon was our first fire drill this year.

The children did very well leaving and coming back into nursery.
