Remembrance, both for those lost and those who came home, is very important to me.
My family lost brothers and uncles during World War II.
My favourite flower is the Poppy. I’m hoping some will grow in my meadow, this year.

It is a very moving poem and I think the sentiment is very fitting for VE Day.
