Yesterday we had fruit kebabs for snack and they were delicious! We chose our fruit and then had to put them on the skewer ourselves, practising our hand-eye co-ordination. We were very careful and everybody succeeded!

Interactive Learning Diary
We wish to invite all parents to learn about the Interactive Learning Diary system on Tuesday 12th September. We will be hosting a session in the ICT suite at 8:40 and 12:30 if you are able to come along!
The Interactive Learning Diary is used to record and share photos, videos, observations and assessments.

Colours continued ..
This week we are learning about RAINBOWS and COLOUR MIXING!
On Friday we want to learn what all of the children’s favourite colours are so please come in with a toy in your favourite colour for our “Colours from Home” table!
What else did we get up to last week?
We have been really busy in Nursery! We have been writing songs, doing outdoor art work, playing with our Room 6 buddies (and they read us some wonderful stories!), reading “We’re going on a bear hunt!” which has become an instant hit with the morning class and playing with colours in the water tray!
Colour Week: Friday!
We celebrated PURPLE on Friday! We had delicious blueberry pancakes for snack and had a visit from our Buddy Class – Room 6!
Colour Week: Wednesday
On Thursday we were loving everything that was ORANGE!
We had sweet potato wedges, beans and oranges for snack and we had lots of fun with the orange playdough!

On Thursday we celebrated RED! We had red fruits and tomatoes with tomato soup for snack and we did some fantastic red artwork. We also found some red around the school!

On Tuesday we celebrated everything GREEN!
We had yummy green smoothies for snack and we also went to find some green things around the school!
Colour Week: Monday!
Last week was Colour Week in Nursery and we celebrated a different colour every day! Monday was YELLOW day. We went on a yellow hunt around the school and this is what we found …
