A health and well being programme operates throughout the school and there is appropriate emphasis given to hygiene, drug and sex education and relationships.
Pupils are encouraged to eat healthy snacks and children are offered the chance to have a healthy snack in class as well as drinking plain water. The curriculum encourages pupils to live a healthy lifestyle and teaches the pupils skills in gymnastics, body conditioning, games and athletics.
Social and emotional wellbeing is taught through our PATHS programme.
