After the events in Paris last weekend P7 pupils were given the opportunity to ask questions and discuss anything they knew or had heard/read in the news around this. P7 watched a video clip on BBC Newsround about how countries all over the world have showed support to the people of Paris by lighting up iconic buildings in the colours of the French flag – blue, white and red. Pupils discussed the impact on both the people of Paris and the world. Primary 7 dealt with this in a very open and mature way and were encouraged to ask questions they may have.
