Write a recipe for your favourite meal.  Remember to include a list of ingredients and step by step numbered instructions for the method.  Maybe your could even try cooking this recipe for dinner.  Post a picture of your results.

If you have a printer, print this mindfulness colouring sheet for some ‘me time’.  Play some relaxing music, find a good space and colour in the patterns as neat as you can.   catcolouring2

  2. Throw a flat stone or similar object (small beanbag, shell, button, plastic toy) to land on square one. …
