Wednesday 29th April 2020 – Literacy – Functional writing (instructions part 1 of 3)
I hope you all had a lovely sunny weekend and managed to write some postcards. This week, we will be reading and writing instructions for healthy snacks. Please read the instructions for making a fruit kebab. You could tell someone the answers, write down the answers or copy the sentences and include the missing words. You could write in your jotter, on paper, in the comments here (or on Twitter). If you have any fruit at home, why not try making your own fruit kebab and show me your creation. If you don’t have fruit you could make a pretend one with paper or beads. If you don’t have a cocktail stick or skewer a straw would work. You might need help from a trusted adult!
I’ll also be on Twitter today. Any questions, please just ask! Have fun!
Love, Mrs BP x
