P1 message Friday 26th June

summer-holidays « Scarborough Baptist Church

Good morning everyone, we have made it to the end of term and the end of Primary 1, there is another virtual assembly on TEAMS for P4-7 at 10am, hopefully some of you will be able to join in with your older siblings. We have loved teaching you all this year, getting to know you and your families. Hopefully we will have a sunny summer with lots of fun times and happy memories created. You’ve worked so hard throughout lockdown and we are extremely proud of the way you have coped. Stay safe, be happy and we’ll see you when you return, ready for P2 in August.

Have A Great Wednesday

Good morning, it’s looking like today is going to be warm and sunny. You might manage to complete your tasks outside today. There could be activities from the grids we posted already that you are still working on. Here are some more options for you, including your next Emotion Works lesson from Mrs Kinnear, can you remember some of the regulation strategies we talked about in class?

Good morning everyone. We would like you to continue working through the grids posted yesterday. Mrs Grenfell will also post an activity for you for today. We’re back in school working today again, so might not be able to answer questions or reply to blog comments as quickly as we normally would. Have a good day.                                                                                                        Mrs McKay and Miss Mackay

P1 Home Learning activities Monday 22nd June

Free Happy Monday Cliparts, Download Free Clip Art, Free Clip Art ...                                                                                              Good morning and Happy Monday to you all. It was so nice seeing so many of our primary one children and their families on Friday. This is our last week of home learning before the holidays begin! We are going to provide you with a variety of learning grids this week and would like the children to pick and choose what they would like to do. If we were in school under normal circumstances this would be a week of fun and a chance to begin winding down. The children have coped remarkably well throughout lockdown and have thoroughly impressed us with what they have been able to produce. We are going to be working in school for the majority of this week so may not be quite as prompt at answering your questions or replying to your blog comments.  Have a lovely day.                                                                                                                      Mrs McKay and Miss Mackay
