Dear Readers,
First of all, we would like to welcome you all to our P3A Blog and thank you for reading us!
We hope you enjoy finding out about our learning and wish you all a great academic year 2022/2023! 😃💗
As our blog is made with the contributions of our young learners, I have decided to write the highlights of the week as they have been narrated by the children. They will very often be probably more focussed on the most enjoyable tasks of the week and will not always necessarily talk about our weekly activities which will always include Spelling, Reading, Reading Comprehension, Handwriting, Grammar, Free Writing Friday and Maths. These ‘classics’, although very much appreciated, will not always be memorable! 😉 At least on a Friday, when we are doing our blog.😊
So, the children’s highlights for this week were the following:
- Making their own emojis to decorate our wall with faces showing the different emotions.
- Playing Discotheque in PE.
- Listening to different types of music with Mrs Morrison.
- Following a tutorial on how to draw a boy and a girl and personalise them so that they are looking like themselves.
- Learning the Our Father song.
- Learning again about tens and units.
- Free Writing Friday.
- Learning the meaning of reading comprehension and working on a text about a class’ visit to the Zoo.
- Starting to make our ‘Kindness wall’.
Now, we would like to congratulate our first Hot Chocolate winner of P3A, Miss Julia !!!!!!!! Well done!!!!!👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳
We are all very proud of you!💗🥇😊
We would also like to congratulate our first Kindness champions, who have been ‘caught’ being kind just to help others! These were Mr. Babafola, Miss Paige and Miss Zosia!👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Super well done to all of you as well!🥇🥈🥉💙
We hope you have enjoyed reading our blog and wish you an amazing weekend!
Mrs Valente and P3A
