Art

Look at the PPT about Giuseppe Arcimboldo. Fruit Faces ppt

Create a fruit and vegetable portrait inspired by his work. You can either draw your portrait, do a collage or use fruit/vegetables you have in the house.

Primary 7 Afternoon Tasks 20/5

Good Afternoon Primary 7,

Hope you are enjoying this lovely sunny day!

Here are the answers for this morning’s maths.

IDL Task:

Here are some great links that highlight links between Scotland and Canada.

https://www.bbc.co.uk/teach/class-clips-video/geography-ks1-ks2-your-world-shetland-iqaluit-remote-islands/zn8fbdm

https://www.scotland.org/about-scotland/scotland-around-the-world/scotland-and-canada

https://www.bbc.co.uk/scotland/education/as/clearances/meet_clan.shtml Allow Flash

Now create a tri-fold leaflet (or PowerPoint or other method of your choice) about Scotland and Canada, considering history and family links, geography and physical aspects, and things/people that they are famous for.

This is your only task for this afternoon so we are expecting high quality pieces of work. It does not matter how you choose to present it but please try and include as much appropriate information as you can, make it eye catching and something that people would want to read and something that we can learn from.

Remember to share your work on your blog.
