I love seeing how active you are all being and in the last 3 days we have collectively as a school exercised for a total of 118 hours!  Keep up the good work, keep exercising and keep logging any physical activity that you complete each day by following the instructions below.

1. From the list below or from your own choice of activity you need to complete your daily exercise, this can be on your own or with your family.

• Go for a walk with your family
• Go for a run with your family
• Go out for cycle
• Play in the garden

• Create or follow along to a dance routine

Making sure that you have concluded your adventure or solved your problem and then bring your story to an end. Don’t forget that if your character had to overcome troubles or traps on the adventure they may have to deal with similar things to get out of the adventure.
