Dear Parents and Carers,

Here are P6’s learning highlights of the week:

Ethan, Amy, Chikamso, Inaaya, Theo and Nandu all thought PE was their highlight this week, “We had dodgeball and Mrs Lafferty made sure it was so fun.”

Ishaan, Iha and Elvin put Maths as their highlight, “We completed our diagnostics so we can take part in the Sumdog competition soon.”

Ollie and Ciara, “HWB was my highlight because we made ‘Rights’ posters.”

Lilly, Diyon, Amariah-Grace, Reesa and Sofia all had Mass at St. Peter’s as their highlight of the week, “…because Mrs Timmins said we have been the best behaved class at church so far.”

Blair and Maja chose Topic, “I really enjoyed learning about Natural Disasters.”

Caleb and Mahathi said the reading comprehension for Kensuke’s Kingdom by Michael Morpurgo was their highlight.

Olivia and Karina picked drama for being fun and working well with their groups on roleplay.

We had a few people muck in on the Lead Learner’s tasks this week so we’ve still to decide who should get the Hot Chocolate at Home!

Have a great weekend,

Mr McGurn and Primary 6B
