Final Countdown to the St. John Ogilvie Christmas Fair 🎄
Dear Parents and Carers,
The St. John Ogilvie Christmas Fair is almost here! Join us this Sunday, 1st December, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm for a fun-filled festive celebration.
We understand it’s a busy time of year but we would love to see as many of you as possible!
Here’s a sneak peek at what’s waiting for you:
🎟 Raffle Prizes: Worth hundreds of pounds!
🧁 Stalls: Pocket money treats, baking, bottles, handmade crochet items, sourdough goods, jewellery, Christmas cards, haircare, candles, gifts, and candy floss.
🎄 Fun Activities: Win a Christmas cake or teddy, facepainting/tattoos and maybe even meet Santa!
Important Reminders:
  • Donations: On Friday afternoon (12:20 pm–2:00 pm), the PFA group will be setting up at the school, and we’d love to receive donations of bottles (of any kind!) and home baking. Bottles can also be sent into school on Friday with your child – any shape and size unopened is appreciated!
  • We’ll also accept last-minute donations from 10:00 am – 10.30am on the morning of the fair.
  • Volunteers Needed: We’re still short of face painters and stall helpers—if you can assist, please email stjohnogilviepfa@gmail.com or pop in to see us during Friday’s setup.
  • CASH ONLY: Most PFA items are priced between 50p and a few pounds. Please bring change if possible. (Local business stalls will have items priced by themselves)
Extra Fun: Don’t forget to visit our St John Ogilvie PFA Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/StJohnOgilviePfa for a chance to win £50 Smyths Voucher at the fair by liking the page and liking and sharing our Christmas Fair post. The aim is spread the word far and wide!
We’re looking forward to a fantastic morning of festive fun.
Thank you for your support, and see you there!
Warm regards,
St. John Ogilvie PFA
