P2A Highlights – Week Beginning 6th February 2023

Hello families of P2A

We have had a very busy and fun last week before the break.

On Tuesday we had a lovely visit to St Peter’s Church. Fr Simon told us all about Baptism, as we’ve been learning about this in class.

In maths we’ve been learning about fractions, learning halves and quarters of shapes and numbers.

In writing, we’ve been learning about information reports. After the break, we will be writing our own super reports.

We learned how to make an emergency call and role played many situations that this might be needed. The children were very responsible doing this. We’ve learned how to say ‘where we live’ in Spanish and can ask others where they live.

Some of the boys and girls made ’emotions’ pancakes with Mrs Carlisle.

Have a lovely February break!
