This week we wrote imaginative, narrative stories based on a film clip. Pupils came up with their own ideas about his feelings and activities. In Science we dissected flowers to investigate petals, stems, leaves etc. They glued them into their John Muir Journal as it also linked with John Muirs wonder at nature and how it works all around us. Pupils have been researching lots of different information about John Muir and his work so that they can create a powerpoint or short film which they share with you. Yesterday we enjoyed an orienteering session and look forward to parents taking part at our Assembly in a few weeks.

In Math we are continuing to learn about equivalent fractions, decimals and percentages. In measurement we are finding the perimeter of shapes and knowing about decimals help us to add the measurements together. We hope everyone has a great weekend and are able to get out and explore the local area.
