P7 are showing increased confidence using our new Samson mental maths strategies. Gabriel and Anna took on the role of the teacher to demonstrate this strategy to the class.

 

 

Our Apprentice teams have been hard at work this week designing posters to advertise their products. The next task for our young apprentices is the production process!

 

 

Pupils enjoyed working together to try and solve challenges for their place value bush tucker trial!

 

 

All of our P7’s enjoyed looking through the books which were at the Travelling Book Fayre and deciding which ones they would like to buy. Most children have chosen several books and already can’t put them down!

 

 

Some of our P7’s attended mass in St Mary’s Cathedral in Edinburgh on Wednesday to celebrate 100 years of Catholic Education.
