Welcome Back Primary 5/4

Hello Primary 5/4,

It is so good to be back. I hope you all had a lovely Easter, even if it was slightly different to usual.

We are continuing with the Daily Powerpoints that will be posted both on here (blog) and on teams.

Today, we are continuing with our common words (David Walliams – you are moving on your new sound ‘ue’) and this week you can also pick a spelling rule from the list in your packs that you would like to focus on. See if any of your common words use the spelling rule that you have picked.

Here is your powerpoint for today’s tasks: Monday 20th April 2020

Spelling:

David Walliams – ‘ue’ sound and list of common words – blue, best, number, other

Primary 4 – Set 4 common words and spelling rule of your choice

Tom Fletcher – Chapter 14 – The First Miracle – Chapter 14 – Inference

Maths:

All groups are invited to go on Sumdog to do the statistics assessment as we come to the end of that topic.

RE:

All RE activities are put on twitter as well.

Read yesterday’s gospel (John 20: 19-31). We gear how Jesus appears twice to the disciples and how Thomas didn’t believe. Draw around your hands. On one hand write a question you would like to ask God. On the other, write “I believe”.
