Every Child is an Artist!
Children love the chance to explore and experiment with paint and objects. Found objects around the house or outdoors are ideal such as pine-cones and shells, or household items, such as lids and empty loo rolls With enough paper and paint, this activity can keep your wee ones occupied for a long time. The art work at the end will be beautiful, but its all about the fun of new textures, messy hands, and discovery!

Mail a Hug
A lovely and easy way to brighten the day of a friend or a loved one.
Using a large piece of paper, get someone to draw round your head and arms while you lie on the paper. Colour or decorate the image. Fold your work into an envelope, you could also add a little note or message. If possible, post to a friend or loved one or save it so you can give your hug picture to them in person once you can.
