Here is a great activity to work on breath control and to work your arm muscles to pull yourself along the floor.
What you need:
- a sheet of newspaper for everyone taking part. have a spare in case of accidental ripping
Instructions:
- put your paper on the floor . Crouch or lie right down and try to blow the paper across the floor. (Get down really low to blow underneath the paper)
- how far can you blow the paper?
- can you make the paper blow in a straight line or in a circle?
