“I’ll Huff and I’ll Puff!”

 

Here is a great activity to work on breath control and to work your arm muscles to pull yourself along the floor.

What you need:

  •  a sheet of newspaper for everyone taking part.                                                 have a spare in case of accidental ripping

Instructions: 

  •  put your paper on the floor . Crouch or lie right down                          and try to blow the paper across the floor. (Get down really low to blow underneath the paper)
  • how far can you blow the paper?
  • can you make the paper blow in a straight line  or in a circle?

Have fun huffing and puffing!
