The Pre-School Home Teaching Service

The Pre-School Home Teaching Service is a small team based at Beatlie School Campus, Livingston. We work with littles from birth – 3 years who have a disability, additional support need or developmental delay.

We take referrals from parents, carers or professionals for any little ones under the age of 3 (or have recently turned 3 but have not yet started in nursery/Early Years Centre ) living within West Lothian.

Our role is to working with families and professional colleagues across West Lothian to: supporting skill development & learning through play within the home setting; demonstrate strategies offer parental support if required; increase opportunities to socialise and interact with peers through learning together and PEEP sessions; help with accessing information and offering support in transitions e.g. into Early Learning Centres, where required.
