Peer Mediation Conference 2016
Due to the ongoing success of our Magical Mediator programme, our Magical Mediators have been invited along to attend and present at the Young Talk Conference at Dundee University. Unfortunately due to limited spaces all our Magical Mediators are not able to attend, to ensure everyone felt included we created a video as part of our presentation.
Changes to arrangements for drop off and pick up
Due to the Nursery building starting there will be a change to arrangements for drop off and collection of children. I would like to thank you in advance for your understanding during our building works.
Morning Arrangements:
· P1-2 children dropped off at the front playground (beside office). Parents/ carers should wait behind the fence please.
· P3-7 children dropped off at the back gate (NO parents in the playground please).
·Nursery pupils and parents to walk through the P3-7 playground to drop off pupils at the Nursery building.
End of the school day:
· P1-2 children collected at front playground(beside office).
P3- P3 – 7 Children collected at back gate.
Nursery:
· Parents/ carers to access the nursery through back playground parents to please wait until school children have entered school after break.

Staff Farewell Assembly
Today we said goodbye to important members of school community:
- Mr Nelson who is moving on to pastures new in Stirling
- Ms Allsopp who is taking up a year secondment with the West Lothian Numeracy Team
- Miss Kerr who is moving back home to N.Ireland
- Mrs Mitchell who is starting to wind down to retirement
- Mrs Ritchie who is retiring
- Miss Thompson who is taking up a Head Teacher post in N. Ireland
We celebrated their time at MCPS through videos, presentations, songs and memories. All the pupils, staff and parent who like to wish them well in their future adventures. They will be very much missed in our school community.
