We are nearly halfway through this term already and we have been our usual busy selves. We have had an assembly, Star Harmonies and getting our plans into action for our own class assembly. We’ll be buys getting organized for ours which is on 30th November, St Andrew’s Day.
Read on to hear what we have been doing this week:
- Leona – we started working on our class assembly this week looking into the areas we talking about and finding out facts and writing our scripts.
- Leannah – we working in groups/pairs for Class Assembly.
- Amelia S – we completed the Bleep Test in PE for the second time and most of us have improved from our first attempt. Well done everyone!
- Brooke – for Star Harmonies this week we had Aimie’s mum Alison working with us.
- Daniel – we have almost finished our whole song for Star Harmonies and it’s sounding good.
- Liam – we dressed up today in spots for Children In Need Spotacular! Everyone looks great!
- Madison – in writing we got to write our full spooky stories this week. We have been working on areas of this over the last few weeks so it was good to put it all together.
- Leona – we were looking at division in maths and looking at patterns to help us with this.
- Chloe – on Monday we had an assembly about Respect.
- Junior – in class we followed on from the assembly and created a respect wall in class.
- Amelia S – we were asked to design a Christmas card for Neil Findlay – he has asked a few schools to design a card and he’ll choose one to use.
- Leannah – Mrs Zohoorian was working with us on underwater volcanoes.
- Cameron – we had Miss Conway in class for a short lesson on Tuesday. She was talking to us about kindness.
- Anna – this week the school photographer was in taking our photos.
- Katie – the P7s hid stars in the playground again this week and this morning Anna & Mia earned an extra house point for finding one each playtime.
- Cameron – Junior is back in class after his injury and coping well with his crutches.
Have a nice weekend!
