Hedgehog update

Over the last two weeks our P4 – P7 hedgehog champions carried out a hedgehog survey to see whether we had any hedgehogs in the school grounds. They did this by setting up a tunnel that had some charcoal paste, white paper and a bit of dog food in it. The idea being that if a hedgehog walked through the tunnel across the charcoal, to get to the food, they would leave footprints.  We are very excited to say that we did find hedgehog footprints and by using a motion camera we managed to record footage of the hedgehog too.
