P6 Bubble Gum & Fluff

On Monday Primary 6 went to the Church to participate in ‘Bubble Gum and Fluff’ where the pupils revealed the real meaning of Christmas by ‘de-fluffing’ the clutter that surrounds it.

After activities and games the children were asked to pause for thought and write down a Christmas wish/prayer on a candle. These were then collated into a wreath and are on display in our classroom. Most children wished for happiness, and keeping their family safe.

Small Change for Advent

Thank you for all the donations small and large which are building up as we go into advent. Will we have enough on Monday for 7, 8 and 9?

We are also still accepting direct gifts for our food bank Christmas boxes which are filling up nicely with food, cleaning products, toiletries and small children’s gifts. Well done P7 for organising this and for going to help at the centre.

Primary 6 Big Breakfast

Thank you coming along to our Big Breakfast.

We had a fantastic turn out and the children loved performing to you.

Also, a huge personal thanks for being patient about the technical difficulties at the start of the morning.

P4 September walk

Primary 4 had another lovely walk on Friday 27th September. It was a bit damper than August’s walk but we went further and managed to spot all 4 of our new Tree Houses. The large willow was looking particularly beautiful and we enjoyed collecting beech nuts and oak leaves. The birds seem to have eaten the berries on the wee rowan trees already!

Celebrating a birthday on a throne!

Some homes for wee animals.

We will be off out again on the last Friday of each month.
